Philip Söderqvist
CIO and Founding Partner-
Philip Söderqvist is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Founding Partner at Roqvi Real Estate Partners.
Philip has 15 years of experience in real estate. He has established several thematic real asset platforms, each built around a clear investment thesis and taken from strategy and capital formation through execution to exit. In total, he has completed real estate and infrastructure transactions in excess of SEK 33 billion, comprising 60 deals and close to 300 properties. Financing has been a core part of that work: across every acquisition he has either led the financing process or been closely involved in it. In addition, Philip has carried out multiple listings and bond issues for real estate companies.
Before founding Roqvi Real Estate Partners, Philip was Founding Partner and Head of Investments at ABG Fastena. Prior to that, he was Equity Partner and Head of Project Finance for Sweden and Finland at Pareto Securities. His earlier experience includes Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Nordanö.
Philip holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance from University of Reading together with a B.Sc. in Real Estate Finance from Royal Institute of Technology coupled with Economics from Stockholm University.

Marcus Rosengren is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Founding Partner at Roqvi Real Estate Partners.
Marcus has 15 years of experience in real estate. He has held full operational responsibility for portfolios owned by Swedish and international investors, covering leasing, asset management, capital expenditure and project delivery. Most recently, as Head of Asset Management at Broadgate Asset Management, he was responsible for more than 200 properties across several mandates. Marcus has also handled owner reporting and business plan delivery to leading Swedish and international investors.
Before Broadgate Asset Management, Marcus worked with leasing and property management at Newsec, managing assets for leading Swedish institutions and global real estate firms.
Marcus holds a degree in Property Management from Newton HVE coupled with Economics from Stockholm University.
